Challenge
Voice operations allows Argos to deliver the best service possible to their customers by controlling the key operations within the stock room. The challenge was to illustrate how colleagues would learn about the system that was central to the day to day operation of the store.
Solution
Professional actors were used to demonstrate the operations, using detailed scripting to capture the environment and key actions would need to take to run the system.
Outcome
A total of 8 training videos were produced. The videos were used in store as part of their e-learning system. They proved to be high successful and saved the business physical time in explaining the behaviours.
