Challenge
The Academy was a brand created for Argos as an independent platform where all learning and development could take place. Argos wanted a fresh approach to their L&D offer and a complete transformation on how learning is perceived and delivered – so they decided to create an entire new brand.
Solution
An entire brand was created containing promotional videos through to advertising campaign launch communications. Brand guidelines were designed covering e-learning course design, video standards, printed materials and workbook standards. As part of an communications campaign, we produced two animations to highlight the new training portal and a colleague prospectus demonstrating the new approach to learning.
Outcome
An entire brand was created from internal communications through to photos, videos, animations and posters. The launch provided highly successful.
