Challenge
Create a series of process videos training demonstrating the use of pallet trucks. They would be used to train current trainers, new and existing colleagues to ensure consistency.
Solution
We filmed existing trainers to demonstrate the entire process in detail. This would ensure a consistent approach to their learning and operating the equipment safely.
Outcome
These videos proved to be highly successful, saving the physical time explaining the process. They also saved against liability costs if the equipment was misused by the user. Toyota used the videos to train their existing trainers on how they train their retail suppliers as each have a different safety requirement.
