Challenge
With the government’s drive to highlight mental health issues in the workplace, Sainsbury’s wanted to company-wide initiative to make colleagues aware of mental health. The campaign was to create a series of case study videos, an animation and e-learning courses the colleagues would take to help them identify, the support they can receive and the steps they can take.
Solution
We created a series of videos, animations, posters and a promotional marketing campaign to ensure all the colleagues situated in offices would be able to receive full training and support.
The videos consisted of films showing real life scenarios and how to spot mental health issues with subtle messages throughout on screen. These were supported with how a manager deals with the situation. Other films included a interviews with colleague suffering from illness sharing their story and the support they were given. All the videos were scripted in detail with actors used.
Outcome
A highly successful campaign launch supporting colleagues to feel fully supported with their mental health.
