Supporting Recruitment Video

Client

Challenge

Produce a recruitment advertising campaign with the purpose of recruiting Homebase Store Managers. The theme for the advertising campaign is ‘Make yourself at Homebase’. The collages will feature ‘art-attack’ style montages of faces created using Homebase products. The campaign will run in press advertising using photographs of the collages and online using time-lapse style animations showing the collages being created.

Solution

Created a mixture of reportage style video and time-lapse overhead footage. The Homebase Store Managers were to create a self-portrait ‘art attack’ style montages of themselves whilst working as a team. We would also be taking photos throughout the day to be used for the recruitment material and make five 60 second interview segments of the Managers discussing their journey and experience working @ Homebase.

Outcome

Supported the entire ‘Make yourself at Homebase’ recruitment campaign. The film was seen on homebasecareers.com and all internal campaigns.

We’re extremely proud of this advertising campaign, being one of our first undertaken.
