Sainsbury’s was looking to drive a new initiative to recruit fresh dynamic leaders into the business. As part of this drive, they were looking to create a series of videos to highlight a manager’s perspective of Sainsbury’s and how colleagues are valued and supported to be great.
Solution
Create a series of natural looking videos across all parts of the business, using their current managers to highlight the relaxed nature of the environment.
Outcome
These promotional videos were used with the recruitment departments, learning and development teams and their wider marketing campaigns.
