Sainsbury’s was opening new facility in London, which will run around 2,000 training courses in the first year alone for its management teams in local convenience stores. The complex cost over 3 million to build and will be used to boost employment and growth in London. They required a video to showcase the site.

Solution

Create a promotional video for it’s grand opening, highlighting the facility, the type bakery items produced and drive recruitment and talent into London to support the expending bakery business

Outcome

A highly successful marketing campaign was established using video, animation and e-learning to support their recruitment teams. The launch attracted over 1000 colleagues interested in working for Sainsburys.
