Challenge

To drive recruitment into their newly redesigned beauty section, Sainsbury’s needed to a short commercial as part of their recruitment drive. This video would be used as part of a bigger e-learning campaign to train new and existing colleagues on Beauty.

Solution

We wanted to create a luxury themed commercial to reflex the new refit of Beauty in all their stores. The commercial should demonstrate how the colleagues are knowledgeable, and available to help, listen & provide advice.

Outcome

We created a luxury themed commercial, photographic and e-learning content to support their objective to drive recruitment and colleague training of their new role.
