Challenge

As part of the government apprentice scheme, retailers are driving the expansion of their own schemes to over 16’s. Sainsbury’s range a number of apprentices across the business, and in particular focusing on the food bakeries which contribute to grow in terms of overall revenue for the business. They wanted a video to highlight the success of this scheme to attract new colleagues to take up apprenticeships.

Solution

Working with DRP, we created a series of videos detailing a colleague’s journeys though an apprenticeship. We wanted to showcase how the scheme transformed the colleague’s life’s and supported their career advancement and objectives.

Outcome

We produced a short film to promote the scheme for their business partners and colleagues. We also created shorter clips of colleagues to be used as part of the social media campaign during their awareness launch.
