Challenge

The Academy was a brand created for Argos as an independent platform where all learning and development could take place. Argos wanted a fresh approach to their L&D offer and a complete transformation on how learning is perceived and delivered – so they decided to create an entire new brand.

Solution

As part of an internal communications campaign, we produced two video animations to highlight the new training portal highlighting a new approach to learning.

Outcome

An entire brand was created from internal communications through to photos, videos, animations and posters. The launch proved highly successful.
