Challenge
Create a series of process training videos demonstrating to, prepare, treat and manage food items. These would to training new and existing colleagues to ensure consistency throughout the stores.
Solution
We filmed existing trainers to demonstrate the entire process in detail from start to finish. This would ensure all stores followed a consistent approach to their learning & produce the highest of food for their customers.
Outcome
A total of 10 videos were produced. These videos proved to be highly successful and save the business physical time in explaining the process, and were used as part of their observation tool app.
