Challenge
Create a series of neutrally branded videos to role play how Employee Relations should be addressed. The challenge was to capture all the legal aspects perfectly, as these videos would be used to train senior management deal with real life scenarios.
Solution
We hired professional actors to undertake these roles, using detailed scripting to capture the behaviour they should demonstrate. The actors would need to portray the correct on-screen reactions and legal knowledge.
Outcome
A total of 16 training videos were produced. The videos proved to be high successful and saved the business physical time in explaining the behaviours and potential liability costs of mishandling delicate situations.
